About me
As an English major in college in the 1970’s, the last thing I contemplated was a career in business writing.
Outside of writing the Great American Novel, a career in academia or journalism was seen as the obvious pathways for an English major. But business writing? I had never even heard of public relations. But the need to make a living using the skills I had delivered me into an unexpected but satisfying career writing for businesses large and small, where communicating is critical to success.
I have over 40 years of experience in business, having worked for multiple companies, non-profits and advertising agencies in the U.S. My work experience has focused on communicating all aspects of an organization’s relationships with diverse audiences and interests, both external and internal.
My objective with each client is help you accomplish the English writing task at hand, be it a business proposal, presentation, technical paper/article, etc. so that the final result will be accurate, polished and professional.
